Abstract

According to the iterations of model project and the difference of information interdependency intension for activities, a dynamic model of system planning for model project development was proposed, and the method procedure of optimal reengineering was also described. In the model, dependency structure matrix (DSM), analytic hierarchy process and cluster analysis were used to represent activity relationships, quantify activity couplings and decompose large size of interdependent activity groups. The development process of model project was reengineered. Finally, an illustrative example was presented to demonstrate the application of the proposed method.
