Abstract

MoS 2 nanosheets were prepared by solid-state reaction, using a chemical vapour deposition furnace. The products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer, Raman shift and atomic force microscope. The results show that the obtained MoS 2 nonosheets with high crystallinity, and the typical thicknesses of them are about 100 to 200 nm.
