Abstract
In order to obtain the excellent crosslinker of deacetonized RTV silicone rubber, vinyltriisopropenyloxysilane was synthesized by experiment. Vinyltriisopropenyloxysilane was prepared with cuprous chloride as catalyzer, triethylamine as absorbing acid agent, acetone and vinyltrichlorosilane as raw materials. The vinyltriisopropenyloxysilane was analyzed and characterized. Also the influences of reaction time, feeding temperature and velocity, manifold solvent and volume fraction of reaction materials on the yield of vinyltriisopropenyloxysilane were investigated. The results show that these factors affect the yield. Under the optimum reaction conditions, the yield of vinyltriisopropenyloxysilane can reach 45.7%.
