Abstract
The dye Eosin and Coumarin mixture is used to sensitize nanocrystalline porous films. It is proved that the absorption of NPC (nanocrystalline photovoltaic cell) can be improved in visible light by co-sensitization. The performance of this cell is better than the cell which is sensitized only with dye Eosin. Cell sensitized by dye Eosin and Coumarin mixture can get a VOC(open circuit voltage) of 532 mV and a ISC(short circuit photocurrent) of 0.1125 mA/cm2.
