N2 - The process of hose-drogue aerial refueling is a challenge to the pilot of tanker. Especially in the presence of atmospheric disturbance, the drogue will swing violently, which makes aerial refueling almost impossible to complete. In order to overcome this problem, it is very necessary to employ the anti-jamming control for the drogue. In this paper, the control problem of the controllable drogue is studied with atmospheric disturbance. Some equipment is added to the controllable drogue, so that the drogue can produce the necessary force for controlling. In particular, a controllable rudder surface which can produce required forces is installed to the drogue. This kind of method is effective and easy to realize. In the view of the actual implementation and high reliability, a classic PID controller is adopted to meet the needs controllability in this paper.
