Abstract
Ballastless slab track is the main stream of slab structure for high-speed railway abroad now. The application of polymers in the slab track not only can enhance the capabilities, but also can reduce the cost to a certain extent. This paper studies on the resin filling material which is used under the slab track board, in order to find a proper ratio of the quality and the price to take place the cement -asphalt (CA) sand slurry with resin material. Compared three resins' properties, polyurethane is chosen as the resin under the board. A fast-experiment way is established to reduce the experimental cycle. In order to achieve the properties required, we mainly studied the effects of factors on the properties of ambient-curing polyurethane elastomer, such as the amounts of activators, the kinds and amounts of polyhydric alcohol, the time of annealing, the kinds and amounts of solid fillers and liquid fillers and so on. The tests prove that the amount of binary alcohol is higher, the elasticity coefficient, hardness are lower. And that the amount of solid fillers is higher, the viscosity of the system is higher too, so liquid fillers is used. The question of air bladder in the reaction is analyzed and solved. At last we reached the properties required in engineering use. Resins/Materials- Polyurethane(PU), Cure/Process-Postcuring.
