Abstract
The composition and performance of the 75W/90 manual transmission oil for passenger cars were introduced. The 75W/90 manual transmission oil was developed, which is mainly semi-synthesized by hydrogenated iso-dewaxing base oil from Daqing refinery, has the excellent high and low temperature performance, extreme pressure anti-wear performance, anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance, thermal oxidation stability, anti-wear durability and seal adaptability. With 4.5% compound additive, the developed oil passes the full-size gear bench of CRC L-42, L-37, L-33, L-60, L-60-1, Mack cycle bench and manual transmission box cycle bench and meet the all requirements for lubricating high-grade manual transmissions for passenger cars and the vehicle driving bridge, manual transmissions for trucks and buses. The quality meets the API GL-5 requirements.
