Sintering behavior of (Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics

Abstract

(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3-based piezoelectric ceramics of single perovskite were synthesized by traditional solid sintering method. We studied the sintering behavior of the ceramics at different temperatures, and analysed the second phase exited on the surface with a founded mold. At least, the electric properties of the ceramics sintered at different temperatures were shown.
