Abstract

In this paper, the performance of beam-space MUSIC algorithm in the presence of array errors is discussed by simulations. An efficient Toeplitz preprocessing method based on the covariance matrix of array output is studied. This method can alleviate the effect of array errors significantly. Computer simulations are conducted to show the improvement in robustness and resolution as well as the high performance in precision by preprocessing.
