Abstract

Using analytic method to analyze the change rule of cutting temperature falls across hardness, because it relate to non-linear problem that is perplexing. Finite element analysis simulation software can solve above problem, had studied the supposition condition which the DEFORM software simulation needs firstly, gave the DEFORM software to carry on the cutting simulation process. Had simulated and analyzed the influence factor of cutting temperature, they are the cutting deepness and the cutting speed and so on, through to the different situation temperature chart, had obtained cutting temperature influence by the cutting deepness and the cutting speed and so on ,and summarized the cutting temperature change rule.
