Abstract

Some differences in property between signal and noise were used to restore the original signal from the polluted signal. This process depends on accurate description of these properties. The filtering feature of wavelet transformation was analyzed and the threshold filtering algorithm was studied. The sense of the threshold for filtering is explicated and the rule to get the threshold was given. The mathematical expression of threshold was given and the adaptive threshold filtering algorithm was constructed.
