Abstract

Due to the special recognition ability, abundant binding sites, and fast adsorption/desorption dynamics performance, the surface molecular imprinting technique attracted more and more attention in the field of separation and analytical chemistry. In this review, we introduced the overview of the surface imprinting technique, such as the mechanism, classification, and characteristics, and summarized in detail its applications in environmental analysis, biological analysis, medical analysis and food analysis, and finally discussed the potential research directions and application prospects of surface molecular imprinting.
