Research on the position-controller for lifted hoist based on single-chip microcomputer

Abstract

The cage will be properly positioned by comparing the number of scaling program with the number from the calculation for the pulse in position detection device that has been designed and manufactured. We select AT89C52 as the CPU of position-controller and use new style interface chip BC7281A to realize input and display of the layer number and take use of ISD1420 voice device to realize attention voice. The software of control system is made with C51. At the same time, we designed several anti-interference methods in the hardware and software. After debugging, this position-controller works very well.
