Abstract

The lock mechanism of the aircraft cabin door is one of the key components, which is directly related to the normal opening and closing of the aircraft cabin door, the lock mechanism because of its high reliability, high cost, experimental data often have a small sample, so its reliability evaluation method is worth discussing. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the life of the locking mechanism, the locking angle and the lock lock displacement offset are selected as the performance degradation characteristic quantities, and based on the fact that the failure threshold corresponding to the two failure characteristic quantities has been determined, the consistency of the evolution trend of the degradation data of the two is evaluated by combining the physical test and the simulation test, and the degradation model is established by the Weibull distribution to evaluate the reliability of the Weibull distribution of the random variable of the complex mechanism.
