Abstract

In order to realize the optimal allocation of collaborative manufacturing resources for 3D printing cloud service platform, a solution for manufacturing resource optimization bi-level programming is proposed. Based on the analysis of the process of 3D printing innovation manufacturing tasks and the characteristics of 3D printing manufacturing methods, considering the interests of customers and the interests of the enterprise comprehensively, the company's manufacturing capabilities are used to reflect the interests of customers, and formulas for formulating the manufacturing capabilities of enterprises and the economic benefits of enterprises are proposed and constructed. The manufacturing resources are optimized for a bi-level planning model. The simulated anneal arithmetic is used to solve the optimal model. Taking an model car manufacturing task on the platform as an example, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified.
