Abstract

Demands of manufacturing execution system (MES) by aerospace manufacturing systems were introduced. Key technologies of MES were studied: real-time acquisition and integration technology of multi-source production data; production process-oriented data visualization and real-time performance analysis technology; coordination and optimization of process, planning and logistics; the allocation of resources; automatic navigation and drive technology of manufacturing process based on the work flow and so on. Finally, the functional model of MES were discussed and studied.
