Abstract

In order to solve problems which appear in the aero-engine assembly, such as the wrong, leaked assembly, tedious unefficient assembly choice and so on, this paper proposed a visible management plan facing to the assembly process. The method avoided the wrong assembly by simulating three-dimensional visible assembly scene in the assembly location instead of traditional inculcating. Using the assembly visible guide, leaked assembly is effectively avoided which appears in the original assembly process. The heredity algorithm can help ship-fitter find the most superior assembly plan in the multi-groups product quickly and more reasonablely.
