Research on fault diagnosis simulation based on fuzzy probability Petri nets system

Abstract

A model of Fuzzy Probability Petri Nets System (FPPNS) which depicting fault propagation relationships in complex system was presented by making use of object-oriented concepts, advanced Petri nets technology, fuzzy theory and probability theory. In the model, the fault diagnosis control strategy based on FPPNS was discussed in particular including control layer strategy and operation layer strategy. The nets elements implementation of the FPPNS was studied. Moreover, 5 place classes, 5 transition classes, 1 fuzzy probability Petri class, 1 derivative class of fuzzy probability Petri class, and 3 token classes were defined. The simulation algorithm of fault diagnosis based on the FPPNS was also provided. Finally, the system design of fault diagnosis based on the FPPNS was described, and then a simulation experiment based on the practical application was used to demonstrate the applicability of the model and the simulation algorithm.
