Abstract

The injectors move forward will improve combustion performance in the numerical simulation. For detailed study of this rule, the influence of combustion performance by changing injection positions in the rocket induced secondary combustion of RBCC was research on the direct connect test system. The combustion pressure and combustion performance was compared by changing injection positions in the same test condition. The experiment result shows the fore injections in the combustion could improve the combustion pressure and specific impulse of engine. It also shows the fuel and the rocket shear layer could mix better when the fore injection is in the combustion. The fuel spray evaporation effect is accelerated. As a result the better performance of engine could be obtained when the better combustion performance of fuel is achieved.
