Abstract

Aircraft avionics system is becoming more and more complicated, it is too hard to test and verify real avionics systems. A design and realization method of avionics integration simulation system based on RTX was brought forward to resolve the problem. In this simulation system based on the design and method, computer software and hardware resources are utilized entirely. Virtual technology is adopted in this system. All kinds of aircraft avionics system HIL (hardware-in-loop) simulations can be implemented in this platform. The simulation method provides a technical foundation for testing and verifying real avionics systems. In the research, valuable data have been recorded using the newly-developed method. The avionics integration simulation system was used well in the avionics HIL simulation experiment of a certain helicopter. Simulation experiment results provide necessary experiment means and judgment foundation for helicopter real avionics system verification.
