Abstract
Intelligent layout of manned submersible cabin equipments is a kind of intelligent process based on knowledge. In previous manned submersible cabin CAD system, interactive input and modification is usually used, but the whole idea of optimization supporting cabin design process is not involved. If intelligent technique is introduced into the manned submersible cabin layout design system, then intelligent design, intelligent manufacture will be pushed. In this paper, based on genetic and Pareto algorithm, a PGA algorithm is put forward for multi-objective optimization. Mathematical model of cabin layout optimization is set up, and PGA is applied to get solution. The result is reviewed by client and corresponds with design requirements, and improves the efficiency of whole project design significantly.
