Abstract

Based on the original analysis of system reliability of load-sharing parallel system and according to the theory of conditional probability and total probability, the reliability model of load-sharing parallel system was built with components following arbitrary life distributions through converting components life time during different load levels with Cumulative Damage model. Then the solving method was analyzed and the Monte Carlo simulation method was established. Later the upper and lower bounds method of the system reliability was put forward to meet engineering needs. The numerical example verifies the generality and feasibility of the model and algorithm.
