Reliability analysis for the special failures of mechanism

Abstract

For the time being, many failures exist in aero mechanism while a few reliability theories and methods deal with them. To solve the contradiction, the reliability analysis for special failures of mechanism is put forward in this paper. The proposed subjects include: the reliability analysis for the movement and dynamic precision of mechanism, the reliability analysis for the wear of mechanism, and the reliability analysis for mechanism with failure models of fasten position and seizure. In the subject of the reliability analysis for the movement and dynamic precision of mechanism, the universal reliability analysis modeling and its algorithm of the precision of mechanism are put forward; the practical reliability specific theory for the precision of mechanism is also put forward. In the subject of the reliability analysis for the wear of mechanism, the wear reliability modeling is proposed and the shape of the density distribution of practical wear value is studied in high precision, which indicates that some constraints that have been given in the subject should be given while the density takes the normal. In the subject of the reliability analysis for mechanism with failure modes of fasten position and seizure, the varieties of the reliability analysis for mechanism with failure modes of fasten position and seizure are brought forward.
