Abstract
A developing method of smell-seeing sensitive arrays is presented. The developed arrays are then equipped in a self-designed smell-seeing system to recognize four cyclic amines with three kinds of different molecular ring structures. Two of them are aniline and N, N-dimethylaniline with aromatic ring structure; the third one is cyclohexylamine with aliphatic ring structure; and the last one is pyridine with heterocyclic structure. Results show that both static image response patterns and dynamic time response patterns of the sensitive arrays for the four amines are highly specific to each other. Moreover, the system can perceive the similarities of the molecular structural and electronic properties among the four analyzes.
