Rapid modeling method for aircraft assembly system based on relation-based object Petri nets

Abstract

To support aircraft assembly system analysis and optimization, a rapid modeling method of Relation-based Object Petri Nets(R-OPN)was proposed. According to the on-site organization mode, the decomposition structure of assembly jobs were analyzed, the definition of R-OPN was presented, the representation of object and relationship for assembly unit were established. Then, the construction steps and rules for assembly system modeling were explained, which included how to construct assembly meta-object and logic object. An object simplified net was used to decrease model complexity, and a linear invariant method utilized in model validation was presented. Furthermore, an example of the R-OPN model of an aircraft wing assembly was analyzed, and the result demonstrated the effectiveness of this method.
