Progress in preparation of polymers under microgravity condition

Abstract

Under microgravity condition, the gravity has weak effect on objects, also the lack of convection lead to the formation of more perfect structures. The research of polymers under microgravity condition has attracted considerable attentions recently. In this paper, gravitationally sensitive mechanisms of polymerization process are discussed, and die progress in polymerization process under microgravity condition is introduced. Finally, the prospect on polymerization process under microgravity condition is also presented.
