Abstract

Mesoporous ZnS precursor and Mn2+-doped ZnS electroluminescent material were prepared by co-precipitation method, using P123 as template and using the mixture of ethanol as solvent. SEM, XRD and nitrogen adsorption-desorption were used to analyze the obtained products. Then the electroluminescent property of the products was tested after annealing at the suitable temperature. Through removing the template, the products remained stably with high surface area, pore volume and narrow pore diameter distribution. The electroluminescent property of ZnS:Mn2+ improved more observably compared with pure ZnS after annealing.
