Abstract
Zinc oxide precursors was synthesized by uniform precipitation-method from Zn(NO3)2 and carbamide. XRD and SEM analysis show that the structure of nanometer zinc oxide particles is global or similar one. The ZnO particles were 26nm when the heat treatment temperatures get to 600°C. The dielectric and magnetic constants of the products were studied by using the waveguide method of electromagnetic characteristics. The results indicated that at 600°C, compounds of the ZnO powders and paraffin not only have good frequency dependence characteristic, but also the real part, the imaginary part and the loss value of them are fairly high.
