Abstract
The materials and preparation of multilayer for carbon-carbon (C/C) composite with Si-W outer layer, SiC barrier layer and SiC transition layer were studied to obtain long-lived and anti-oxidized coating. The technology of preparation for composite coating was determined. The transition SiC layer was prepared by siliconization at 1450 °C for 15 minutes, the dense SiC barrier layer was prepared by normal and changed temperature CVD (chemical vapor deposition) at 1100-1250 °C for 30 minutes, the pure Si-W layer was prepared by liquid reaction method at 1500 °C for 10 minutes. The experimental analysis was performed by scan electron microscopy and the effects of technological parameters on anti-oxidized performances of the composite were studied.
