Abstract
Well dispersed ZnSe microspheres with diameter of 1-4 μm have been prepared in NaOH aqueous solution as reaction medium, N2H4·H2O as reductive assistant at 140 °C for 24 h by hydrothermal synthesis using ZnSO4·7H2O and Na2SeO3 as source materials. Through SEM, XRD and UV-vis analysis, it was found that the shape of ZnSe crystal was controlled by NaOH and N2H4·H2O and the products of ZnSe microspheres were hollow microspheres which came from the aggregation of ZnSe nanocrystals with mean diameter of 20.7 nm on the surface of N2 microbubble.
