N2 - LiMn1-xFexPO4 cathode materials were synthesized by microwave hydrothermal using ascorbic acid as reducing agent. The crystal structure, microstructure, electrochemical properties were characterized by XRD and SEM, the discharge capacity and cycling performance were compared. The results show that the lattice parameters of LiMnPO 4 decreased by doping Fe, and the doping amount is x = 0.4, the discharge capacity of the prepared material reaches to 145 mAh/g, which has improved of 76.8% compared with the undoped LiMnPO4 at 0.1C.
