Abstract

Satellite power amplifier working in the saturation region causes nonlinear effect and traditional predistortion cannot eliminate the nonlinear effect due to delay, high order modulation and so on. We propose post predistortion algorithm that can be used in high order modulation and that can perfectly remove the nonlinear effect of satellite power amplifier. Simulation results and their analysis in three respects (bit error rate, power spectrum and constellation) show preliminarily our proposed post predistortion can eliminate the effect and memory of satellite power amplifier.
