Abstract
To ensure the application of research flight simulator with high fidelity in multiple aircraft experiments and reduce the reconfiguration time of cockpit panels, a distributed point-to-point data acquisition system based on CAN bus was proposed. The feature of the data acquisition system was analyzed, the hardware and software structures of the system were given, and the corresponding hierarchical division was performed. The universal data acquisition card was designed based on built-in processor, and the object-oriented method was applied to realize the system software. The point-to-point data acquisition system was used to build 737 series of simulator cockpit. The results show that the present system can reduce the influence of the panel change and decrease the reconfiguration complexity of the simulator.
