Abstract
In 1993 Clarke presented a method concerning robustness of adaptive GPC (Generalized Predictive Control). This paper presents an algorithm based on the new method, which is different from Clarke's. The new robust parameter adaptive algorithm has three properties, expressed as eqs. In addition the new algorithm is combined with the GPC law given in the authors' previous work to provide a new robust adaptive GPC algorithm, which is proved to possess robust stability.
