Abstract

Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3- ZnNb2O6 (BSTZ) composite ceramics were prepared from Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 by traditional ceramic processing. The result of XRD, SEM and EDS shows that BSTZ composite ceramics could be sintered at 1200°C, the sintered temperature lower than Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3, and BaNb3.6O10 is detected as the secondly phase. With the increasing of ZnNb2O6 content, the dielectric constant decrease at 1-100 kHz; the tunabilities of the BSTZ composite ceramics dectease with the increasing of ZnNb2O6 content at 1.6 kV/mm.
