Method of sampling inspection by attributes of weapon system

Abstract

Based on analysis of common methods of attribute sampling and relevant theory in corrected reliability of subsystem, an inspection method of two-stage corrected sampling which is based upon subsystem-system is put forward. This method can change subsystem sampling into full system sampling, so as to lessen the sampling size of full system and reduce the experimental cost. Moreover, an example is given to prove that on the premise of ensuring the quality of subsystem, this method can disperse the risks from acceptance process into the process of production, and guarantee the risks of producer and user; therefore it will have very high value in engineering.
