Abstract
A method was proposed for establishing the constitutive relationship based on microstrutural evolution. This kind of constitution relationship can embody the complicated interaction among deformation, heat transfer and microstructural evolution (DHTME) during hot forming process. Thus, it will make the results obtained by using DHTME coupling analysis based on the proposed constitutive relationship closer to the correct solution of the problem in question.
