Measuring the tittle angle of two parallel light beams using electronics holography

Abstract

Based on the principle of electronics holography, a method for measuring the tittle angle of two parallel light beams was proposed. By using CCD as the record medium, the holographic interference pattern is collected in computer. Then the transformation based on the disperse Fourier transform from space to frequency region for interference fringe pattern is completed by software. According to the spectrum distribution pattern, the space interval of fringe and the angle of two parallel light beams are calculated. The principle of this method was described in detail and the experiments have verified the feasibility. Its measuring accuracy, range and the angle resolution were quantitatively analyzed.
