N2 - With the development of modern equipment system and science and technology, equipment is more and more toward the direction of digital and intelligent development. Complex equipment often undertakes important tasks, once the failure occurs, the result will be particularly serious. Based on this, the main work of this paper is as follows. (1) This paper builds the whole life cycle data chain of complex equipment from design, parts production, equipment transportation and installation based on blockchain technology so that the data is effectively used, and the data privacy is protected. (2) The blockchain technology is applied to the construction of digital twin, and the mapping from physical entity to virtual space is realized. It is more effective and accurate to diagnose the state and forecast the future trend of complex equipment. (3) A new intelligent maintenance framework is proposed, which provides new ideas and solutions for the intelligent maintenance of complex equipment.
