Abstract

In view of the application background that islands cannot be powered by the public grid, this paper takes the integrated energy system of hydrogen, light, and lithium as an example to carry out research on the optimization and energy management of offshore power supply systems. An integrated energy system model including photovoltaics, fuel cells, lithium batteries, electrolytic cells, and hydrogen storage tank is established. Combining the floating interleaved boost converter with the LC ripple elimination circuit, a floating interleaved zero ripple boost converter based on the LC network is proposed. An hierarchical Energy Management Strategy (EMS) based on the improved state machine is designed for the island integrated energy system. Finally, the proposed EMS is verified by simulation and an experimental platform.
