abstract = "This paper presents a new dictionary-based method to fuse hyperspectral image (HSI) and multispectral image (MSI) of the same observed scene. To incorporate spatial as well as spectral information and features from both source HSI and MSI, dual-source spatial-spectral dictionary pair is constructed. Furthermore, collaborative representation based image representation and reconstruction is employed for its outstanding representation performance and efficiency. Simulative experiments illustrate that the newly proposed fusion method is capable of producing better or comparable fusion result when compared to some state-of-the-art dictionary-based HSI and MSI fusion methods, with much less computational cost.",
