N2 - This paper presents a design method of H∞ controller of the synchronous generator used in aircraft power supply system. A linear system model of generator is provided, and an approach of solving H∞ control was offered. In order to manifest the control effect of H ∞ controller, a generator with traditionary PSS excitation controller was offered. The simulation results show that the H∞ controller makes the regulating process of the output terminal voltage be smoother.
