Harmonious colony-decision method for multi-objects based on dimension-chain

Abstract

To comprehensively analyze effects exerted on dimension-chain by multi-objects constraints such as performance, manufacturing cost, and process ability, a harmonious colony-decision method for multi-objects was applied to analyze the effect of each composing-link. Then a sensitivity sequence analysis algorithm for composing-link in assembly dimension-chain based on harmonious colony-decision method for multi-objects was presented. The priority relationship of composing-links' sensitivity to closing-link was achieved by the algorithm. Finally, effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm were validated through some component in aircraft.
