Abstract

Subjective threat evaluation is necessary for air target threat assessment. A group decision-making method based on Vague sets is used to accomplish this evaluation. Vague values are used to express the decision-maker's uncertainty subjective preference in the air target threat assessment, and a Vague entropy induced ordered weighted averaging (VE-IOWA) operator is proposed to synthesize these Vague values, which can eliminate the harmful uncertainty man-made accidents in the process. Then a decision method based on the distance of Vague values and the optimal and inferior point method is put forward to sort the target threats. Examples confirm the method is feasible and more effective than the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
