GA in military equipment investment plan application and simulation

Abstract

Using GA (Genetic Algorithm) the paper discussed the cost-effective problem of military equipment R&D (research and development) from the economics viewpoint, gave an investment cost-effective prediction method in the military equipment investment plan: (1) under the effectiveness object determined to predict the optimal investment law and the minimum investment with GA; (2) under the amount of development funds determined to predict the best R&D result with GA. The simulation results show that GA works well in investment cost-effective prediction and it's easy to reverse finding the corresponding investment program. What's more the method is quite easy to be fulfilled.
