Abstract

The defense science and technology enterprises must pay attention to and implement comprehensive risk management, in order to adapt to the economic globalization competition and enter the international market. The purpose of this paper is to propose a framework of comprehensive risk management system for the defense science and technology enterprises, combining the features of the defense science and technology enterprises and the advanced risk management standards. At first, the current most representative of standards and framework of the enterprise risk management were compared and analyzed. Then a framework and the five parts structure of comprehensive risk management system for the defense science and technology enterprises were proposed. Finally, implement comprehensive risk management route, stage and work were put forward.
