Abstract
The magnetization and the magnetic relaxation of YBa2Cu2.95Sn0.05Oy fabricated by the powder melting process method have been investigated. Jc is improved by the Sn addition and the magnetic relaxation obeys the Anderson-Kim model in a large range of temperature (4.5-85 K). The reason for the deviation from a ln t decay in magnetization is also discussed. It is found that the pinning potential increases with temperature.
