Fault diagnosis of turntable angle measuring system based on symmetric sliding window wavelet transform

Abstract

Aiming at the typical faults of the turntable angle measuring system, a real-time fault diagnosis method is proposed based on wavelet transform combined with symmetric spread boundary processing technology and sliding window technology. The sym8 wavelet basis function is selected to perform wavelet decomposition. The preprocessed output signal of the turntable angle measuring system is decomposed and the first layer and the second layer detail signals are utilized to diagnose the fault. The experimental results show that the method can accurately extract the characteristics of the angle measuring system fault, diagnose the fault, and improve the precision and reliability of the turntable.
