Abstract

To provide evidence for enterprises to choose the best process plan, the method of multi-process plan evaluation based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and grey relational analysis was proposed. In this method, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and grey relational analysis were integrated to build a multi-process plan evaluation method. Hierarchical analysis was made in the structure figure of process plan selection process by various factors which affected the quality of process plans, and the hierarchical model of these factors was built. While standardizing data, membership degree was adopted to finish it. While caculating weight, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the variation coefficient method were combined to calculate weight instead of the average weight method in the grey relational analysis. Then, sorting process plans were achieved by correlation coefficients and combined weight. Finally, an aircraft engine blade was developed to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed evaluation method.
