Evaluation of man-machine system for workover rigs based on grey analytical hierarchy process

Abstract

According to the vague features in existing man-machine system for workover rigs, a comprehensive evaluation index system is developed to achieve a more effective diagnosis and evaluation of the characteristics of this type of man-machine interface. By combining the grey analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and grey evaluation model, this method establishes a man-machine evaluation hierarchy system through an analysis of the influential factors that exist in workover rigs operating space. The applied AHP determines the weight sets of each evaluation index, and then gives out the evaluation results of the operating space from the evaluation matrix based on the grey evaluation model. Through an empirical study of certain model Workover rigs, this paper demonstrates how the proposed evaluation system can be applied in man-machine system for workover rigs.
